Get in touch
Trade Compass PK is a small editorial desk, and email is the only way to reach it. Write to [email protected] and your message lands with the people who actually write the guides. There is no phone line, no office counter and no live chat, so please do not go looking for one.
We read everything that arrives. Replies take as long as they take, since the same person who answers the mail also writes the pages, but a message with a clear subject line and a link to the page you are asking about will always be dealt with faster.
What this desk can help with
- Corrections. If a figure, a screenshot description or a payment detail on this site has gone out of date or was wrong to begin with, tell us and point at the page. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Sourcing questions. If you want to know where a statement came from, ask. Every factual claim here traces back to the platform's own documents or its official Google Play listing, and we will tell you which one.
- Guide requests. If there is a Pakistani-specific question the site has not answered yet, say so. Reader questions decide a good share of what gets written next.
- Language and translation issues. The Urdu, Punjabi and Pashto versions of these pages should read naturally. If a sentence is clumsy or a term is wrong, we want to know.
- Business and editorial enquiries. Same address.
What this desk cannot do
This is the important part, and it saves both of us time. We are not Pocket Broker. We are not Pocket Option, not its support team, not an agent or reseller, and we have no relationship that would let us look at anybody's account. If your message is about your own money on the platform, we cannot help, no matter how much we would like to.
Specifically, we have no ability to:
- open, close, unlock or view a trading account;
- recover a login, reset a password or change a registered email address;
- check where a deposit went or why a JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer has not arrived;
- chase, speed up, release or cancel a withdrawal;
- push an identity verification through, or tell you why documents were rejected;
- intervene in a dispute, act as a mediator, or represent you to the platform;
- advise you on what to trade, when to trade it, or how much to put in.
Where those requests actually belong
Anything to do with a live account belongs with the platform itself, through the support channels inside your own cabinet on its official website. That is where the account records sit, and it is the only route that can act on them. Keep your ticket number and your correspondence.
Money that left a mobile wallet or a bank account and never appeared anywhere is a payment-provider matter first. JazzCash, Easypaisa and your bank each run their own complaint process, and they can trace a transaction we cannot see. Start there while the transfer is recent.
If you believe you have been dealt with unfairly by a financial firm operating in Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the State Bank of Pakistan both publish their own complaint routes on their official websites. Use them directly rather than through any third party promising to recover funds for a fee.
A note on messages we ignore
We do not accept paid placements, sponsored paragraphs, guest posts, link insertions or requests to soften a page. Mail of that kind gets deleted without a reply. Nobody speaking on behalf of any platform can buy a change to what a guide says, and offering is a fast way to be ignored permanently.
Please also do not send us your ID documents, card numbers, passwords, one-time codes or account screenshots containing personal data. We do not need them, we cannot use them, and no legitimate desk would ask you for them by email.
